We work with two carefully matched groups: a calmer group for small and medium dogs, seniors or more sensitive dogs; an active group for larger, energetic and playful dogs. For many Berlin dog owners our shuttle is a great help. We offer organised, calm collection and delivery. Collection: Dogs are collected in the morning – usually in the Berlin area – between 6:30 and 8:30 am by car. We deliberately collect only a few dogs per trip. Depending on the route, a dog may be collected a day earlier or brought back a day later. Return: Return is usually between 5:30 and 7:00 pm. Our driver will contact you the day before with an approximate time. Please be on time at the agreed meeting point. Our shuttle vehicle has safety harnesses and sturdy dividers. We deliberately don’t use transport crates, as many dogs feel more relaxed when secured with a harness.

Yes. We are always there and your dog is never alone. Day and night a carer is in the same house. We accompany the dogs through the day – and when it gets quiet in the evening, someone stays nearby. Many owners want to know: someone is there at night too, if a dog is restless, needs company or reassurance. This 24-hour presence is standard for us and part of our concept as a responsible Berlin dog hotel.
There’s no single answer. It depends on when you need a place – especially in school holidays or around public holidays our Four Dogs dog hotel near Berlin is often fully booked early. Group composition also plays a role. We generally recommend getting in touch as early as possible – especially for holiday periods. That said, sometimes a place becomes free at short notice. It’s always worth asking.
